Our multi-age class, comprised of both Detectives (5-8) and Rangers (9-13), meet at Kishwauketoe Nature Conservancy (KNC).
Kishwauketoe is well loved for its variety of ecosystems, expansive lands, outdoor learning space, and observation tower. There is something for everyone here and we have much to learn from this exploration site!

Tuesdays & Thursdays
8:30am - 11:30am
Our detectives, ages 5-8, meet at 8:30am at Paul Lange Arboretum.
With one wooded trail, two walking paths, and two expansive green spaces, the arboretum is a great option for our students who enjoy the freedom of the outdoors but feel most comfortable with a direct line of sight to their adult.

Our Rangers, ages 9-13, meet at 8:30am at Lower Springs Park before exploring the entirety of Springs Park.
Springs Park is cherished by the community for its fresh water spring, scenic trail along Swan Creek, and variety of wildlife. Its twisting wooded trail allows students various opportunities to explore as if they were in the deep woods, while in reality being in the heart of Delavan!
Fridays
9:00am - 10:00am
Our Explorers, ages 0+, and their caregivers meet at 9:00am at Upper Springs Park before exploring the upper trail and finishing with a story and activity in the green space.
With a playground set apart from city streets and access to restrooms, Upper Springs Park is a great option for families with young children to explore nature together.
*Note: A caregiver must remain present and attentive to their child’s needs the entirety of the class.
